Hello Doctor. I'm afraid I may have HIV, because of one incident which occurred before 10 days. I am a female and I had sex with a male. At some point, he entered inside me the tip of his penis without a condom, but I imediatelly pulled him away. While we were having sex, the condom broke. Luckily he understood it very soon (the maximum 1 minute, but generally he has a lot of pre-sperm fluid), we stopped immediately, we used another condom and we continued. I noticed that he had a pimple near the tip of his penis (not at the head, but I would say under the head) - I asked him what is this? He said that because he is circumcised, he had an infection when he was a child, and from that moment he has this pimple. He is a divorced father of 3 children (the last child was born before 5 months). As he says, he also donates blood regularly. Tonight one guy who is angry with both of us (me and my partner) send me a message where he was telling me that my partner is infected with HIV. I don't believe the words of that man, because it was obvious that he said this in order to hurt me - but according to the situation I have described (pimple, broken condom, and insert the head just for once), is there a possibility for me to be HIV positive if my partner has HIV?
