Hello Doctor. Thank You For Taking The Time To Review

Hello Doctor.
Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns

I am a 24-year old female.
I came back from a trip in Italy last Sunday. On Monday I started feeling sick and I thought it was the jetlag. On Tuesday I went to do some blood work for some other unrelated matter and everything was fine, including my ALT. (except my cholesterol which is always a little high).
On Wednesday I started feeling a nauseaus, tired, confused. I had to leave work because I was feeling too sick.
The next day I woke up with fever and extreme pain in my legs. I didn’t have an appetite,I felt nauseaus and didn’t eat all day. Fever reached 38 by night time. Friday Morning I woke up again with fever. I This time higher and I have severe pain in my lower back. I only had a small snack for breakfast and didn’t eat all day. I also had diarrhea twice during the day. The walk-in doctor sent me home with ibuprofen. During the night the fever reached 39.4. The next morning I woke up with fever which then went down during the day. Still extremely nauseaus and still no appetite.
By Monday my family doctor came back from vacation and I was able to see him. I told him my symptoms: severe nausea, loss of appetite (I had 6 “ meals” in a week -5 snacks and one meal-), fever, diarrhea( which had now increased),joint pain the first few days. I also got a dry cough.
He prescribed me Apo-Metronidazole and sent me for blood work and urine test
I have several things out of range:
Transferrin 1.75
Urine chemistry: appereance cloudy,leukocytes 500
Urine microscopic: WBC 500
General chemestry: ALT 57

I am so worried. When I checked my symptoms on the internet the most common result is Hepatitis.
Should I worry?
