Hello Doctor, My 44 Month Old Daughter Has Been Sick

Hello Doctor, my 44 month old daughter has been sick lately. First it was fever, runny nose, coughing. Then couple of days later, the fever is gone but lost her appetite. Hates just to see the food. And if pushed a bit throws up all. Threw up 4 times 2 days before yesterday almost an hour after each meal. Then day before yesterday, it was in the middle of the night, she suddenly woke up coughing and vomitted everything. During the day she was fine, but the night was similar as she coughed and vomitted again around 11pm last night after sleeping for 1.5hr. I give milk to her at the bedtime, can that be the reason? Her cough sounds very chesty and she can't spit out the phlegm, all she spits is sticky saliva. Besides, she also has watery, fizzy and whitish poop. I gave her a bit of tummy massage the other day when she was complaining of pain and she farted with very bad smell. Is she having gas problem? Please suggest what to do, as this is affecting our lives too, as we also aren't having enough sleep at night.
