Hello Doctor, The Inside Corner Of My Left Eye Started

Hello Doctor, the inside corner of my left eye started throbbing last night. All day today the pain increased, as well as new symptons. I started feeling pressure, as well as a little swelling in the inner corner, my eye is tearing. I have pain & pressure consistently, it feels like it may have a scratch. When my eye is open it hurts, when I close it, I feel more pressure.
