Hello Dr. Mintz. I Am Asking This Question For My

Hello Dr. Mintz. I am asking this question for my husband. He is on a missionary assignment in a remote area. He is an avid runner and age 53. He is experiencing light pain in his testicles almost a light pressure feeling. When he was home a week ago, he has some light traces of blood in his semen. He had a prostate exam and everything checked out great. He doesn't have any other symptoms (i.e. fever, discharge, pain any where else). He is taking pain reliever now. Also, he does some strenuous pulling and lifting 5 days a week where he is located. We just got married and prior to our marriage, he was abstinenate for 6 years. Please advise. Thank you
