Hello Dr. Rynne. I Am A Female, 25 Years Old

Hello Dr. Rynne. I am a female, 25 years old experiencing pain in my lower right abdomen. The pain is worse when I go from standing to sitting or sitting to standing. The pain has lasted about 5 days so far and seems to be getting a little better on its own, I haven't taken any medications for it. I think the pain may be caused by an ovarian cyst, but would like to find out for sure if i can. Also, if it is an ovarian cyst, is there any way to know what type of cyst it is or if it will affect my ability to get pregnant? Thank you.
