Hello,
For the past couple of days, I have had chest pain right between the breast area and now it is hurting through to my back. I think it may have something to do with lifting 5-10 dumbells during an exercise routine, but not sure. It hurts to take deep breaths and backing the car out of the driveway is extremely painful, as is getting up from a lying down position. This has happened to me before and just went away after a few days, but I don't think I was working out around that time. Just wanted to ask for your opinion, because my plan is to just wait it out. Also, I've been taking Motrin, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any advice you could offer would be helpful. Thank you! By the way, I am a 51 year old female. Height 5'7", 140 lbs.
