Hello I Am 55 Year Old Women Had Triple By-pass

Hello I am 55 year old women had triple by-pass 13 years ago. Chronic sinus and earaches. Recently been having some newer issues of concern. Light headiness, when I get up and down (i.e. in church) , I feel a head rush, and a little dizzy. When sitting a long time like driving, get out and up, I feel like I am leaning right! Since Sunday, I have had a tingling inthemiddle of my right thigh!Feels like a phone is buzzing on me! Are these all related? What should be concerned about? Thank youDiane
