I am a 21 year old guy. I dont wear underwear from starting coz once i started wearing it when i was in 7th or 8th standard i had some allergy causing white sugary type liquid secretion and then i had so many yellow boils which started from simple itching then i tried all kind of underwear at the same time after cure by a dermatologist but again i was feeling itching so i left wearing it. But now i am having pain in my right side testicle nearby to my right inner thigh. And my right side testicle is bigger than left oneone which i heard is normal. I work in workshop so my job requires standing for 7 hours. One more thing i think is related that now i have to wear very loose pants in workshop which leaves my scrotum hanging freely. I have been working from more than a year. So please suggest what to do. I am going to try wearing underwear again from today.
