Hello, I Am A 22 Year Old Mom Of Two.

Hello, I am a 22 year old mom of two. Last summer, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism by an endocrinologist. I had several nodules in my neck. About 6 months ago, a lump appeared behind my left ear, a few inches down.( it's right around my hairline). I have been experiencing severe, debilitating migraines and only when the lump is being massaged or pressure is being held on it does the pain ease up. My regular physician shrugged it off as being a bundle of nerves causing me pain, therefore, he prescribed me a muscle relaxer and a pain medication. However, neither of these have seemed to help. In fact, the lump has doubled in size. I have been having dizzy spells, nausea, and awful migraines. Any idea what this could be?
