Hello, I am a 33 year old woman, height 5'8", weight 245. I have a history of alcohol abuse which also led to cirrhosis. I am currently sober about 2 months after a few months of drinking heavily (12-15 shots of hard liquor daily). I am currently waiting on an mri this week but went into the urgent care this evening after having sharp pains on my right side above my liver which progressed to nausea, light headedness, and the feeling like I might vomit and like someone was sitting on my stomach. This was promptly after eating avery small dinner. I've also had weight loss and nausea off and on for the past 6 months and have lost about 40lbs without much effort. The PA sent me home with nausea medicine which helped a little but the discomfort has continued. I have a lot of activity in my abdomen as well as gas which seems to be helping move things but I am uncomfortable enough that I can't lie down or sleep. No fever, no blood in urine or stool, slight constipation. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
