Hello, I Am A 35 Year Old Female. About 6

Hello, I am a 35 year old female. About 6 months ago I had a change in my digestive system, I went from feeling overall ok to having lower abdominal pain on a regular basis, constipation and hemorrhoids. My diet includes veggies, fruits and grains, but I admit I don't drink enough water. I have a history of stomach cancer from my father side. He died when he was 44, his sister died at age 35 and several cousins have also died of stomach cancer at a young age. A couple of years ago I got biopsy done and it came back normal. Should I get tested again via a biopsy or an alternate method for stomach cancer? Or based on my systems is it more likely that I have some kind of digestive disorder? I would greatly appreciate your response. Thank you.
