Hello, I Am A 42 Year Old Female, 5'2" 107

Hello,
I am a 42 year old female, 5'2" 107 pounds. Active, good cholesterol, heart rate and respiration. I have high blood pressure and take Lisinopril 10mg daily but my blood pressure is still pre-hypertensive level readings.
there is a family history of hypertension on my dads side. What can I do to help lower my blood pressure or could there be some other cause that I may not be aware of. I do drink a fair amount of coffee, but that couldn't be the cause? What can I do?
