Hello. I am a Type 1 Diabetic. I am very active and an athlete. I have competed in boxing tournaments, weight lifting tournaments, and train every day with a mixture of weight training, cardio, core, obstacle courses. The past year, I have noticed my body not reacting as well to these workouts. I have gained 40lbs and it doesn't seem to come off. I have noticed that I can fluctuate up to 30lbs per day, from when I wake up, to the evening time. Is there possibly something I can do to shed some weight, and retain less water?
