Hello. I Am A Relatively Healthy 41 Year Old White

Hello. I am a relatively healthy 41 year old white male. Just a few months ago I had routine blood tests done as part of my physical, and the only issue that came back was my liver function/ALT level was slightly elevated (52 U/L). I hardly ever drink and never smoke, and have never felt any of the symptoms associated with liver problems. Although my eating habits were poor for quite some time, so my doctor and I agreed I should lose some weight (I was slightly overweight for my BMI). I started seeing a nutrionist and have since lost about 10-15 pounds (down from about 200 to 185). I then went for a follow-up exam with my doctor, and my ALT actually increased to 82 (AST was still on the low end at about 20-25). I am going in for an ultrasound to see if there are any issues, because my doctor felt it should have gone down or stayed the same. I feel really good and have much more energy since I lost my weight (although I had been experiencing a lot of digestive discomfort - diarrhea, gas/constipation, when I started on my nutritionist's diet plan). Should I be worried?
