Hello. I am not sure of some things on my resent results and was hoping to get a better explanation for them:

(Not pregnant) but what does an anteverted uterus mean? is it a bad thing? should I worry?
what does a trace amount of free fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac mean? is it a cyst? (my doctor says I have PCOS).

Lastly, I'm curious about the endometrium being 2.0mm, no vascularity? I had a polyp and it was removed on June 15th, (have no others) I proceeded to bleed for a month after that after being told I'd only bleed for four days. I'm confused and angry--I'm still light spotting here and there and yes, have come off of birth control via my doctors request. I do not desire to have children, but I am concerned for my health.
