I am on akutane. I have found that my lips are extremely cracked, brittle and dry. The peel very often, often outside the lip like, causing jagged edges around the lips that "scab up" sometimes. My dermatologist prescribed desonide, and it's worked very well. But my question is - will the jagged around my lips scar up, or eventually heal?
