Hello, I Am On Vacation In China (from England), Yesterday

Hello,
I am on vacation in China (from England), yesterday I spent all day in bed, I am constipated, shivers, aches and pains all over my body, a bad headache, no apetite. I went to the toilet once and very little came out and it was liquid and slightly orange. I have slept a lot but I don't know what to do to go to the toilet.
