Hello, I Am Taking Tramadol, It Has Been 2 Weeks

Hello, I am taking Tramadol, it has been 2 weeks since I started and Sulfamethoxazole-TMP DS on my 7th day out of 10, and I've developed itching, the first night it was all over my body at night, the 2nd day it was below my chin and palms and now my 3rd day which is today is just my palms

I want to know which one would more likely cause this itch so I can stop taking the medication, I have stopped taking both medications since day 2
