Hello, I Found A Deeply Colored Bruise On My Pelvis/groin

I found a deeply colored bruise on my pelvis/groin area one morning. It is located closer to the crease of my right leg. It is about golf ball sized. There was no pain at first, but on day three of having the bruise, I could feel the tenderness if I touched it, and sometimes I'm able to feel a dull pain even when I'm not touching it or doing anything. It is not hot to the touch. I am on the Mirena IUD, and I'm sexually active. I have had the bruise now for 5 days, and I do not recall hitting that area.
