Hello, I Get A Warm Burning Feeling Down My Left

Hello,
I get a warm burning feeling down my left rib cage area hip and down,
doesn't hurt comes on fast then gone in a minute,
I do have slight tingling & numbing in left and right hand ,
I have high blood pressure & take lisinopril daily
I have a thyroid problem & take levothryoxine daily
I also take Wellbutrin daily
This warm sensation just started a couple days ago
Feels like a heating blanket touching me,
No pain no sharpness
Should I be concerned?
