Hello, I Had A Few Blood Tests Done Over A

Hello,
I had a few blood tests done over a week ago, iron levels, liver and kidney function, bone function, and a further test to check for the possibility of an ovarian abnormality, this came back slightly elevated.
I had my gallbladder removed in March and I am still having abdominal discomfort and bloating.
Do I have anything to worry aboout ?
