Hello. I Had Stroke (Wallenberg Syndrome), The Right Lung Is

Hello. I had stroke (Wallenberg Syndrome), the right lung is not working and my liver is swelling appreciably, comfirmed by ultra sound and sight. The main question is, during the past two physicals all in the past month, the Doctor found hardened lymph nodes in the supraclavicular area. She explained it could be an infection, fungus or Hodgkins Lymphoma. Today I just got the blood test results from a comprehensive panel last week that indicated normal white blood cell levels. Does this suggest Hodgkins Lymphoma? An ultrasound is scheduled in the next three weeks.
