Hello. I have a question. And I'm overreacting at the minute, but I do have a question that's a bit personal. I used to identify as transgender but don't anymore and am slowly reducing the amount of testosterone I take (I was female to male) to reduce the risk of a blood clot. One of the side effects of testosterone I was told was vaginal walls atrophying, causing occasional bleeding. My partner (who has male genitalia) and I had intercourse, and afterwards there was little blood from me. I wasn't bleeding out (to where I had to use a pad) but it was there. No pain, no cramps, no nausea, no anything else. Just a little blood. Am I right in assuming this is just vaginal atrophy and not something as severe as cervical cancer? I have only had two partners before my current one, both of which weren't sexually active before me. Please help. I'm scared.
