Hello, I have been very tired lately. It's a struggle to do my daily work and tasks. I'm not feeling sleepy, but I wish I could rest. Sometimes I take a nap on my lunchbreak. Sometimes it feels like I'm about to come down with a cold, but I don't come down with it. My throat feels like it's about to get sore, but it's not really. I don't have swollen lymph nodes. I often perk up a little in the evening after I've had dinner and rested a little. I do have trouble sleeping through the night. I'm 63. On recent bloodwork, my glucose was 100. I don't feel inordinately thirsty and try to drink enough water or herbal teas. I am taking a statin. My total cholesterol in December was 305, but the recent test had it at 173, with LDL 103 and HDL about 58. My nose is usually stuffy and I have been sneezing more than usual. We recently took some friends around local sights and I was exhausted, which is unusual, but I didn't sleep well. I haven't been working out as I usually do because of feeling tired, although I'm still getting over 10K steps in a day.
