Hello, I Have Pain On Right Lower Abdominal Area, Seen

Hello, I have pain on right lower abdominal area, seen doctor who said it could be appendix and to wait for more signs, nausea vomiting bad breath or pain when pushing on area and releasing, still feeling pain. My belly is bloated and has been for three days, since lower right side discomfort, and higher levels of pain started, question, could I have ultrasound to confirm, or is it a waiting game for very severe pain?
