Hello. I Have The Following Symptoms: 1. Arrhythmia (intermittent, Triggered/activated

Hello. I have the following symptoms: 1. arrhythmia (intermittent, triggered/activated by stress/anxiety, postural changes, intestinal/stomach gas, eating, missing meals - none of these applies ALL the time, e.g., sometimes bending forward triggers arrhythmia, sometimes it does not). 2. Muscle twitching (painless), usually one muscle or small group of muscles at a time, can affect any part of the body, including torso, limbs, face. 3. Pain - usually fleeting, sometimes feels like burning, sometimes pins and needles or sparks, usually in limbs, recently in chest and upper back. 4. Lightheadedness but no fainting. 5. Fatigue - sometimes severe. 6. Recently, occasional white flashes in the corner of my vision. 7. Recently pain in both thumbs (more in right), in lowest joint when opposing with little finger. 8. Sometimes an involuntary swallowing feeling in my throat. I am really worried that I have autonomic dysfunction secondary to a neurological disorder like MS. (I had an MRI of the brain done several months ago and there was a UBO in the upper pons.) I am South Asian, female, mid-thirties.
