I have this problem, whenever i stop doing something, i quickly fall asleep. I get 6-8 hours sleep a day. Other people would describe me as a energetic fellow which i am but for some reason when i sit down or lay down i nod off in 2-5 min (sometimes i have heavy eyelids even standing up while doing routine work). I dont feel tired, i do well in sports i am fast thinker i dont show any signs of tiredness, but i am unable to keep awake while doing nothing. I dont really mind but my wife gets annoyed.
Please, i am not looking for answer that i should visit a doctor. If i could i would, they would most probably revoke my driving license as they would think i am likely to fall asleep behind wheel which never happened as concentrating on road and traffic feeds my brain enough information for it to stay awake.
If you could just recommend some vitamins, magnesium or anything that would help me i would be grateful.
