Hello , I Haven't Had A Period In Three Months

Hello , I haven't had a period in three months , I been having a lot of white watery discharge, and negative pregnancy test, I also been having alot of pain on my right and left side, I been to the er twice and had test done and they couldn't really find anything out, but I really wish I could find out what's going on,
