Hello, I hope you and your team are well. I was power lifting a bar with weight off of the ground to help strengthen my lower back and body. On the 4th or 5th set, I felt pain on my lower left back, kind of above my left hip toward my lower back. The pain is sharp and feels like a deep injury. Do you or your team know any stretches I can do to see if this is a possible muscle strain? It's been about a week, and it has got a little better thankfully, but still painful on certain movements.
