Hello, I Just Recently Had Back Surgery On The 22nd.

Hello, I just recently had back surgery on the 22nd. They did a laminectomy, facetomomy (sp?), kyphoplasty. Today I have the pain back in my buttocks on the right side only (originally was on the farthest right of my butt before surgery), now it's pretty much my whole butt but worse closer in . When I stand up, I have pain shooting down the right side of my leg (on the right leg), before surgery it was radiating down the back of my right leg into my foot. My right leg is now swollen and keeps swelling. Is this normal? or should I be worried? Also, I have shakiness, in my left hand...my thumb at times does not stop moving.
