Hello, I Live In British Columbia And Am Trying This

Hello,
I live in British Columbia and am trying this as a bit of a last resort. I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years now, ever since the beginning she has been complaining about stomach pain, mainly after eating food. I have tried to distinguish a pattern between the food, but cannot find a pattern. I have tried cutting gluten out of the diet, eating organic, eliminating most acids (due to a possible acid issue), unnatural sugars, and most junk foods. She has been to her family doctor quite a few times, done blood tests, checked for stomach altzers, alkaline acid levels, allergies, celiac / gluten intolerance, gallstones, multiple pregnancy tests over the 2 years, vitamins were tested too - no higher or lower contents for anything abnormal. She has been on prescription for acid reflux which did not seem to help either. I have only met her doctor once due to my work schedule, but he has not been able to find an answer. On top of stomach pain she sleeps slightly more than the average person, wouldn't say is over weight, weighs about 135lbs at 5'1". Again this is over a daily basis, passing out after dinner, leaving restaurants early, but is usually not followed by bowel movements. Same doctor we have visited the whole time, with specialists for things like for the stomach acids. I realize this is a longshot but she has not visited her doctor for a long time, seems to have given up, tried naturopathic medicine as well. At this point I regret to say that I'm starting to question the situation and am just not sure if there is an actual underlying issue, and not just make pretend. Could just be frustration talking. She also takes a lot of different over the counter drugs, Tylenol, Advil, and even some prescription Tylenol given to her by her mother, t3's I believe. Tried to get her to cuttdown but due to her saying she is in pain, that has not been working. She says vomiting is a frequent symptom, however I have never witnessed this. Again I know this is a longshot but if you have any advice for me that would be great, anything that can help me find an answer or identify if it's just make believe. Thanks in advance for the time.
