Hello! I Want To Share My Story, My Dad Is

Hello! I want to share my story, My dad is 92 years old, He suffers from Prostate cancer, level 9, He is on hormonotheraphy, with antiandrogen, (with bicalutamide) He takes 3 pills everyday (BAC) after 2 years of being on medication, As a side effect, He has got a strong pruritus reaction, and Syncope ( He already has parkinson's disease) We asked many doctors to preform surgical castration on Him, But They refused , as He is a very old man.. As a result of the very intense syncope, We started giving Him 2 pills a day, fearing That the syncope would cause his death. So what do i do now, Do i continue giving him the recommended ammount ( 3 pills daily) Or do I start giving out 2 ?
