Could Recurring Sore Throat With Swollen Tonsils And White Spots After Multiple Oral Sex Encounters Be Oral Gonorrhea?

Hello! I wanted to ask if my symptoms seem accurate for having oral gonorrhea. I had oral sex with my boyfriend for the first time, on November 27th. We did it again on December 4th, and then I had symptoms of tonsiltis (sore throat when swallowing, swollen tonsils, white spots) on December 6th. I got tested for strep, throat cultures, mono, covid etc on December 8th, everything came back negative for bacteria so my doc assumed it was viral. I asked about possibly having an STD and she said probably not. I gave him oral sex again on Wednesday January 11th, and by the 13th at midnight, my throat began to hurt again. I currently have the same symptoms of tonsilitis with a fever as before. I’m wondering if it’s just symptoms of another virus I got and it’s a coincidence or if he gave me oral gonorrhea? I usually never get sore throats when I’m sick or swollen tonsils. Thank you for your time,
