Hello. I Was Diagnosed With BV A Week And A

Hello. I was diagnosed with BV a week and a half ago and prescribed flagyl (4xs a day). The drug made me vomit all day and honestly I felt worse while I was on it. I stopped after only three days of he seven day treatment about a week ago and today, all my symptoms came back with a vengeance. Stomach cramps some stabbing and sharp, some achy and lingering. I've also been bleeding since October 10 when I had a 14 week abortion that I feel was botched and done in a dirty clinic far away from my home. I'm fully aware that this illness probably wasn't caused by the procedure and I'm possibly being psychosomatic, or am I? I don't want to go back to he md who (i kid you not) told me that my tense posture during the exam was making it difficult and maybe I should remember that I wasn't having an abortion this time! I feel bad enough already, and then I get this treatment? Wow! So how necessary is it to go back to any md? Will this cute itself on is own and are the symptoms normal?
-moderate to severe stomach cramps feel like I'm my intestines
-excessive gas and terrible bloating of the stomach
-constipation followed by only prtialy voiding my bowels with slender loose stools
- moderate to severe back pain bilateral
-low grade fever, listlessness, low blood, low energy, nausea even off the antibiotic, vaginal bleeding, dizziness, extreme dry skin on extremities to the point of cracking
