Hello, I Was Diagnosed With Pityriasis Rosea And I Have

Hello, I was diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea and I have all the patches, etc. I also have great joint pain which started about the same time....going into week 6 now. it's the knees, feet, and calfs. sore as can be. what's up with this? common or totally unrelated? Thank you, M.
