Hello, I Woke Up Sunday With Ringing In My Left

Hello, I woke up Sunday with ringing in my left ear, by lunch timne I could not hear at all from that ear. Went to ER, was put on AMOXICILLIN 875 MG tablet, twice a day. Saw my family Doc on Monday, he also said use Flonase and GUAIFENESIN. It's Thursday night, no improvment...ears will ring, hum, buzz, thats about it. Thoughts?
