Hello, I'm 23 years old,about for 3 weeks I had a rash,on the first week I was diagnosed with impetigo.now I've been putting on mupirocin for a week in a half and now my face is white crusted.So I went to a dermatologist, her diagnosis was I have serboric dermatitis ,so now I'm using econozale but now I'm getting new rashes on my face and it's on my arm and thighs also.Do I have impetigo
