Hello, I'm A Female Age 33. My Hematologist Ordered A

Hello, I'm a female age 33. my hematologist ordered a Platelet aggregation study for a possible platelet dysfunction due to bruising in my legs and thighs periodically for the last few months with no known cause. The APTT, Fibrinogen , RDW, Hemoglobin, SR Hematocrit, RBC, and WBC were all fine. Protime was 12.4 with a range of 10.3-13.5. INR was 1.0 the range is <3.5.
MCV was 100 with a range of 80-100. MCH was 33.3 with a range of 27-31. MPV was 7.5 with a range of 8.7-11.7. Monocytes 9.3 with a range of 2-9%. Platelet count was fine at 203, with a range of 140-400.
Is the slightly elevated MCH and slightly low MPV any concern? Thank you!!
