I'm a nineteen year old college student with a sleep issue, or a an attention issue or both. I try to studious and even though I'm studying complex material, the amount of time I can stay focuses on said texts is limited. I also have issues with excessive tiredness. I find it hard to wake up in the mornings and sometimes can sleep between 5-7 hours while resting during the day. I may not have the best sleep schedule, but I have slept a full ten hours overnight with the same sleep schedule and still had these issues. I'm wondering if this is because of depression, sleep disorder, or because I enjoy psychological escape. Thank you for your time and patience.
