Hello, I'm Male,36 Years Old, Height 6 Feet, Weight 69

Hello, I'm male,36 years old, height 6 feet, weight 69 kg,a marketing job holder. When I was 18 years old, I was suffering from Gilbert Syndrome. After treating, bilirubin level was normal. Three years ago, it was back, then normal.Within 5 or 6 months bilirubin level increased about 2.2 mg/dl more than two times and I was suffering many symptoms with continuous abdominal pain, gastric discomfort, constipation, feeling quick tiredness, fatigue, muscle pain etc, that was unavoidable. I was treated by good doctors, but this does not remove. I said I 'm a marketing officer so I do not take sufficient rest that I need.Suddenly I am suffering from unbearable continuous abdominal pain. I have taken Algin ( tiemonium methylsulphate) , but have not stopped pain. I need help to you. Please help or suggest me that what can I do or diagnosis now.
