Hello, My 13 Yr Old Doctor Had A Laporoscopic Appendectomy

Hello,
My 13 yr old Doctor had a laporoscopic appendectomy 6 days ago. Yesterday, she was vomiting and pooping at the same time. She was with her father not with me so I did not find out until today. She is complaining of pain today. She has not vomited in about 24hrs, but she is not feeling well and is now refusing to eat. She does not have a fever, there is not obvious swelling in the abdomen nor any redness, swelling, or discharge coming from any of her 3 incisions. Prior to her surgery she was having issues with severe constipation with possible intestinal blockage and had been on probiotics and heavy doses of mirralax starting 2 weeks prior to her acute appendicitis. What should I consider part of recovery and what should I be concerned with?
