Hello, My Age Is 35, Weight 68, Height 5.5, Married

Hello,
My age is 35, weight 68, Height 5.5, married female consuming vegetarian diet. I recently had complete body check up and realized lack of Vitamin D and B (though I realized its very normal) and start taking supplements. But since last 4 months my knees are giving me hard time. I can walk freely but it hurts me when I stand up, or bend my knees while walking. Sometimes my bones of hands too hurt me while sleeping as if someone is pressing it, It sounds funny though but the pain is continuous when I sit on office chair, sofa or try to stand from sitting position in daily routine chores. I tried simple exercise and realized I cannot run anymore due to pain in knees and my ankles hurt too when I run. I don't want to stuck in room sitting. Kindly guide me
