My brother is an alcoholic, and has been out of town the past 2 weeks. I just picked him up from the airport, and he is bloated in his stomach, calves, and feet. his face and eyes are yellow, and he is having difficulty walking. I'm trying to get him to go to the hospital but he said to give him 2 days to rest. I believe his liver is shutting down. Are these the symptoms?
