Hello! My Name Is Jenna. I Had A Question About

Hello! My name is Jenna. I had a question about my pinky finger.
I cut myself pretty deep on the middle joint a little over a month ago and I still can't move the tip. The cut bled instantly, after I saw my full layer of muscle and about 2mm of white flesh. It wouldn't stop for 30 minutes and continued to slowly leak through every bandage until the next day. It's very sensitive, as it should be, but it's still numb above the deepest section of the wound, all the way to the tip of my finger and partial surrounding areas. My skin looks a bit discolored right above the deepest part of the wound and it also has a rougher texture, almost like dry skin. Sometimes it literally gets in the way of the finger next to it because it just simply wont cooperate and move. It's stiff and bent when I wake up and I have to do some PT on it to try to strengthen it out. It almost goes straight, but it feels very, very sore and its slightly painful. It feels really tight on the inner stretch.
Do you think I did more damage than just a "pretty deep" cut? Is a CT scan the cheapest route to truly find out the damage done?

Thank you for your time!
Jenna S :)
