Hello. My Question Is Concerning Head Trauma. I Had A

Hello. My question is concerning head trauma. I had a series of blunt force trauma injuries to the pterion region of my skull, some of them self induced. But bluntly, I would punch myself in the side of the head due to frustrations at my severe struggles with depression and anxiety issues. Psychiatric issues aside, I’m wondering about potential long term consequences of doing this. I am a medical student, so I know that the middle meningeal artery runs in this area and patients are at risk of aneurysm and subsequent rupture. I went to the doctor after the most recent incident where I obtained a head CT w/contrast and an angiogram, neither of which showed any pathology. I am concerned about the possibility of an aneurysm developing later on, however, as a result of trauma to the vasculature and subsequent weakening of the vessel walls. I am curious as to the likelihood of this, and whether or not I should be obtaining follow-up CT and angiograms at certain intervals to detect this. Please let me know, and thank you for your time.
