Hello, My Sister (58) And Another Teacher At A Middle

Hello, My sister (58) and another teacher at a middle school, were ill with the same symptoms. They both felt very dizzy (the male teacher passed out in the class room) and their ears felt stuffy, they said really weird. Also, they said their feet felt strange, couldn't feel them. No respiratory symptoms, did not mention fever.
This sounds alarming. I live alone. If I passed out and hit my head, this could be real trouble. Odd symptoms. Any thoughts?
