Hello Peggy I have arthritis hand back n I read some side affects!I have some of THESE advents going on right now I'm really close to my doctor's I have sciatic nerve I jus found out n he did exrays of my hips n back the arthritis in the back is pretty serious I have an appointment September 10th so we can do a pain management because of my hands and I also have tendonitis in my right elbow so I'm wondering if these will be good for me thank you
