Hello,
Physiological lordosis is ordinary. The edge of vertebral body are sharp, there are Schmorl's nodes in the endplates. At level of L2-3 there is a medial herniation of about 5mm, which presses spinal cord sack. The spinal canal is of 15mm in sagittal direction. At the level of L3-4 there is a medial herniation of about 6mm, which presses spinal cord sack. The spinal canal is of 15mm in sagittal direction. At level of L4-5 there is a medial herniation of about 5mm, which presses spinal cord sack. The spinal canal is of 11mm in sagittal direction. L5-S1 disc is slightly convex. Spinal canal is of 15mm in sagittal direction. L4-5 intervertebral foramen are slightly narrowed by disc which is convex circularly.
For 1 year I have right leg numb and sometimes left leg also strong pain in the lower back. During physioterapie next day I feel worse can't move at all. It's should be like that or I need to stop physio? I got a lot of exercise to do at home (requested by physiotherapist). during exercise I feel strong pain in the lower back. Do I still need continue those exercise?
My lower back muscles not working at all.
Please tell me do I need to change my physiotherapist and to start other methods? Or need to continue with same physiotherapist?
Regards
