Hello. Since December Of 2017 I Have Experienced Severe Stomach

Hello. Since December of 2017 I have experienced severe stomach pain. A trip to the emergency room one evening after exp. Severe vomiting and chest pains I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia--which I am currently taking 40 mg of omeprazole each day and 20 mg of Pepcid in the evening. With some exceptions my severe indigestion has lessened but I continue to have issues with my stomach. I am down to tolerating a handful of foods: absolutely not oils or any kinds, no meat products, eggs, foods that are too sour and sugary can give me great amount of discomfort from stomach pain, cramping, nausea in my mid section to the lower part of my stomach. I cannot get in to see a GI until later this year and my PCP says I should just keep managing the best I can until then. Testing has ruled out issues with my gall bladder and pancreas. I had a colonoscopy in March but the dr was unable to complete; let my colon is twisted
